When you first signed up for a Membership, you should have received an email to create your account. However, if you cannot find the email, no worries, you can create your account at the following link. https://us.catalinacrunch.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access
Once you've created your account you can change, pause, or cancel your Membership within the Customer Portal at any time.
